Commissioner securities co Gerald Rome said that throughout the state there are three suspicious cryptocurrency companies, raise funds for their projects. If the regulators prove that they are offering fake tokens, then the court authorities will be able to achieve the cessation of the activities of these enterprises in the state.
In the list of suspicious ICO-projects were companies Bionic Coin, Sybrelabs Ltd. (also known as Cryptoarb) and Global Pay Web (also known as Glpn Coin and Token Gpn). Their representatives had no immediate comment on the investigation.
