From 1 February in the capital of Kazakhstan Astana to ensure the transparency of formation of the lists in the system of order and referral to kindergartens will use the blockchain technology. Parents will be able to choose their preferred gardens and list of services provided and assessing the probability of enrollment in those institutions, correct choice. According to abdykadyrova, although the Queuing and referrals to kindergartens and classes 1 and enrollment in colleges has been automated in the past year, reducing the procedure from 3-5 days to 5-10 minutes, the system received a lot of criticism.
“In this regard, we went on and from 1 February the system will be optimized taking into account the views of citizens and legislation. The updated system will apply the blockchain technology to ensure transparency of the Queuing”, – added the Abdykadyrov.
In the future, according to him, similar functionality will be extended to the system of admission to schools and colleges.
