IBM has joined a startup HACERA to create a decentralised registry of blockchain projects. This is stated in the official release published by the company.

The project “Boundless registry” focuses on the compatibility of the existing technologies of the distributed registry. It will allow you to register, find the blockchain decisions and to carry out transactions between them.

“This initiative solves the problem of redundant names blockchain projects, the openness of the blockchain network and application and creates a directory of functions and services relating to specific projects”, — stated in the document.

The team also included representatives from Intel, Huawei, Batavia, Hitachi and the Australian Association of the blockchain.

Recall that in late August, IBM launched a platform on the basis of the Stellar Protocol for instant cross-border payments.
