To help IBM to be the technological partner of the municipality Elm. The objective of the American Corporation is to develop blockchain-solutions for the municipality, and Elm will integrate these technologies in the government service of the country.

As stated by the representatives of the municipality, the blockchain projects necessary to serve the citizens of the country in digital format and support the revolutionary objectives of the programme Saudi Vision 2030.
