Japanese technology company GMO Internet Group has developed a mobile application CryptoChips that allows you to earn bitcoin directly during the game.
According to a press release on the company website, the app CryptoChips will be integrated in the online game Whimsical War.
Since August of this year in the game on your iOS or Android device users will receive bitcoins as a reward for the achieved rating and completed the mission.
Thus, instead of mining cryptocurrencies on the device, players will receive bitcoins directly from the company GMO. Latest own mines bitcoins from December 2017. In August of this year the company plans to launch a service for cloud mining.
The tech giant said in a statement that he hopes with the application to introduce the cryptocurrencies to a wide range of people, because they have to use their own digital wallets for receiving and using bitcoin.
Also the representatives of the GMO said that in the future, the project can include support for other cryptocurrencies and integrated with other mobile games.
The new service came just a week after the announcement of the GMO company on the launch of the world’s first 7-nm chip for mining bitcoins, the supply of which will begin at the end of October 2018.
