In General, the researchers considered 28 cryptocurrencies, which were evaluated on criteria such as “technology”, “application” and “innovation”.
Ethereum, despite the high ratings on the three items, has become an absolute leader only in the field of “application”.
In second place was the cryptocurrency Steem — Chinese authorities have estimated the number of transactions to be processed on the same platform.
Third and fourth places were taken by Lisk and NEO, respectively, rounded out the top five cryptocurrency Komodo.
However, bitcoin shared 13th place with Verge. The researchers paid tribute to the first cryptocurrency as a pioneer in the world of digital assets, putting her very high marks for innovation, however, considered to be “digital gold” technologically weak.
Classic Ethereum, Ripple, Dash, Litecoin and NEM did not receive a sufficient number of points for inclusion in the main ranking and ranked from 16 to 28 seats.
