The Supreme court of Greece, published on Friday, September 14, the official decision to approve the extradition of Alexander winnick in Russia. This was reported by RBC, the lawyer of the Russian Timofey Musatov.
“The court took place earlier today, only publicly published solution. The following decision is a political decision on the extradition winnik in one of the countries. The next hearing is scheduled at the request of France,” — said Musatov.
Note that at the moment made a number of judgments on extradition winnick — at the request of the United States, two decisions at the request of Russia and one at the request of France. The final decision on the case will the Minister of justice of Greece.
