Singapore bitcoin exchange DragonEx reported that on 24 March became the target of a successful hacker attack, during which were stolen as a means of users and digital assets of the platform. The amount of damage remains unknown, however, the exchange has promised to take responsibility for the return of the money.
The crime has already notified law enforcement authorities of Estonia, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong. At the moment, managed to recover some of the money, but the work platform is suspended.
Administrator Telegram chat also reminded users that support will never ask for personal information such as passwords, verification code from the email 2FA code, SMS code and private keys for transactions.
As part of the investigation was the address that took the stolen funds. In DragonEx encouraged other stock exchanges to monitor financial flows and to freeze assets.
