CEO Binance Chanpen Zhao (Zhao Changpeng) hinted on Twitter about a possible imminent launch of a new crypto-Fiat exchange in Argentina.
The tweet was a response to a published website CoinSpice article, which dealt with agreements between Binance Labs and the government of Argentina on the joint financial support of the blockchain startups in the country.
