In this case, said Hayes, price $50 000 — the same normal as in $6000.

“What can one year to up to $20,000, may be corrected to $ 6,000. I think we definitely found the bottom, and one positive decision from regulators till the end of the year to raise the price [of bitcoin] up to $20 000 or even up to $50,000”, — he said.

Hayes also noted that despite the low prices in the first half of 2018, the volume of trading on BitMEX bitcoin this year has tripled, calling it a clear sign of the continuing interest in the cryptocurrency markets.

He also suggests that in the near future there is a possibility of growth of prices in the market because of the larger number of investors and users involved in cryptocurrency.

It is noteworthy that on the background of the review of Hayes bitcoin price, which had traded at around $5800, went up sharply, rising at some point to $6500. At the time of publication, the first cryptocurrency was trading around $6400.
