Cryptocurrency service Coinmama, the number of active users which is about 1.3 million, reported the data breach due to gaps in system security.

According to the official statement of the company, hackers may have 450 000 email addresses of users Coinmama. Representatives of the exchanger to note that their service was among the victims of recent large-scale attacks aimed at the 24 site 747 million accounts.

The company believes that February 15, the stolen data could be in the vastness of the darknet. This affected only part of the data — accounts registered before 5 August 2017.

“Our security team is investigating. Based on the available information, we believe that the number of victims from the attacks of the accounts is limited to 450 000”, — said in a blog Coinmama.
