Hardwork scheduled on unit No. 7280000, production of which is expected on 28 February. The exchange has warned users that they were ready to upgrade.
“Binance would like to once again reiterate my support of the upcoming updates Ethereum Constantinople/St. Petersburg. Please leave sufficient time to process the deposits before reaching the unit as shown below. We handle all the technical requirements that affect users, holding their accounts at ETH in Binance,” — said in a statement.
Recall that the initial activation of Constantinople — the second part of the hard forks Metropolis — was scheduled for October (block # 4230000). First, however, the launch of Constantinople was postponed for a few days, then on Jan. But 36 hours before reaching the selected block hardwork was postponed indefinitely because of the vulnerability, which was discovered by the company ChainSecurity in improving EIP 1283. The problem was solved by the fix St. Petersburg, and received a double name. Two weeks ago, the developer of Ethereum Foundation Jason Carver(Jason Carver) reported the discovery of a new vulnerability — Create2.
