Co-founder and CEO of cryptocurrency trading platform BitMEX , Arthur Hayes (Arthur Hayes) gave another Outlook on the price of bitcoin: in his opinion, the BTC this year will return to the level of $10 thousand.
“All is not lost, nothing goes up or down in a straight line. 2019 would be boring, but at the end of the year will show signs of growth,” he explained.
Hayes expects that market recovery will become visible in the beginning of the fourth quarter, and “free money and collective amnesia” of captainvalor will help bitcoin to overcome the psychological barrier of $10 thousand.
Recall, financial analyst and co-founder of Fundstrat Global Advisors Tom Lee (Tom Lee) said recently that the bearish sentiment on the bitcoin-bullish market will change within six months. The turning point, in his opinion, will occur in August.
Hayes had previously forecast stagnation in the stock market until mid-2020. He also believes that bitcoin can potentially become a new class of recognised assets in the next decade.
