Platform developers of decentralized applications Lisk has announced the launch of Lisk Core 1.0.0 in the main network.

According to the report, migration Lisk Core 1.0.0 in the primary network will take place upon reaching the height of block 6,901,027 and at the end of the round 68327. This is expected to happen on Wednesday 29 August no earlier than 11:00 CET, after which all nodes of the core network Lisk needs to be updated to Lisk Core 1.0, leaving behind the old version Lisk Core 0.9.16.

Simultaneously with Lisk Core 1.0.0 also run a new API, a new layer of P2P communication and other additional features of the Protocol, such as the ability to include in the transaction the user of the message. Protocol code is transferred in JavaScript ES6.

In order to avoid technical difficulties, the developers recommend users to refrain from conducting transactions 24 hours before migration and at the same time at the end of the process. Exchanges and trading platforms it is recommended to refrain for the period of reception of deposits and withdrawals in LSK.

Note that on the background of announcement about Lisk Core 1.0.0 in the main chain coin LSK showed a growth of nearly 15%, rising in price to $3,42.

The official launch of the platform Lisk took place in may 2016. It was preceded by a successful ICO project, which has raised nearly $5.9 million.
