Amun AG Swiss startup has raised $4 million in first round funding and is preparing to launch an exchange-traded product based on Ripple (XRP), according to The Block.

In the round of financing Amun was attended by the founder and managing Director of the Fund Boost VC Adam Draper (Adam Draper), founder of ETFS Capital and created the world’s first ETF based on gold Graham Tuckwell (Graham Tuckwell). Also among the investors Amun co-founder of Hard Yaka Greg Kidd (Greg Kidd) and four of a family office, said the company in a press release.

Amun AG is planning to list on leading stock exchange Switzerland SIX Swiss Exchange ETP on the basis of XRP after successfully launched exchange traded products based on basket of five leading cryptocurrency (Crypto Basket Index ETP), as well as BTC and ETH. As noted by the company, its Amun Bitcoin ETP has become the most traded such product in SIX.

After the launch of the Crypto Basket Index ETP (Ticker HODL5) Amun announced the listing exchange instruments based on all the constituent scriptaction — bitcoin, XRP, Ethereum, Bitcoin and Cash (ABC) and Litecoin. The company intends this year to launch eight cryptocurrency index exchange-traded products.

In addition, before the end of the year to start working platform for the production of security tokens Onyx, created by Amun. Her clients will get an opportunity to produce licenzirovanie ETFs and securities. The firm has already signed the first user Onyx, which plans to launch it in the summer of ETF.
