Telenor Microfinance Bank, in partnership with Valyou from Malaysia, revealed today the first Pakistani to service cross-border remittances, based on the blockchain.This platform, online payment, Alipay is developed and operated by Ant Financial Services Group.

Money transfer service in the blockchain, and provide Easypaisa Valyou, a subsidiary of the company engaged in financial technologies, which provides cash transfers to communities with inadequate funding. The plan was unveiled at an event in Islamabad which was attended by the Manager of the State Bank of Pakistan Tariq Bajwa, marking an important milestone in the path of the country for promoting financial inclusion.

Blockchain technology will greatly enhance the speed and efficiency of money transfer from Malaysia to Pakistan. This will also ensure high security and transparency of remittances, as all information stored, transmitted or downloaded through the platform money transfers will be encrypted with the use of advanced protocols to protect user privacy.
