Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin convinced that the period of explosive rally for the market blockchain assets in which they have repeatedly demonstrated a thousandfold growth came to an end. He stated this in an interview with Bloomberg.

Buterin believes that the growth of the first years was due to marketing and attempts to spread information about new technologies for wider adoption. Nevertheless, now, in his opinion, every average educated person has heard about the blockchain at least once, so a new powerful rally in the foreseeable future is not expected.

The founder of Ethereum stressed that the new task of the community is the involvement of already interested people in real economic activity associated with the blockchain industry.

We will remind, earlier Buterin responded to criticism of Ethereum on the part of Bitcoin Core developer Jeremy Rubin.
