The savings Bank and the startup accelerator from Silicon valley’s 500 Startups will launch a joint development programme for support of young Russian IT companies, specializing in particular on the blockchain technology. This was reported by the Bank press service.
Until October 6, the organization will opt for a 13-week acceleration program 25 startups developing solutions for e-Commerce, B2B services, big data, cybersecurity and other IT fields.
Each startup will receive seed investment of up to 10 million rubles and the possibility of cooperation with Sberbank of Russia and partners of the accelerator. Specialists 500 Startups will act as mentors for team members.
Seven startups who have demonstrated the best projects in the first phase of the program, will travel to Silicon valley for the promotion and development of their projects.
As reported the press service of Sberbank, the company wishing to participate in the program must have a minimum viable product (MVP) and first customers.
We will remind, in February of cooperation with 500 Startups announced the division of the Chinese exchange Huobi.
